Welcome to OTEMBA — bold comfort food with a Japanese heart. Here, Japanese cuisine meets Western influences. Familiar, but always with a twist. We combine traditional flavors with boldness and a fresh perspective, without any fus.

Ramen or gyoza? That depends on where you are. At OTEMBA – Ramen, the bowl takes center stage; at OTEMBA – Gyoza, it’s all about the dumpling. Simple as that.

Each location has its own character and brings a unique mix of authenticity and creativity to your plate.
