During a trip through Asia, we, Martijn, Myrthe and Bastiaan, were struck by the raw energy of the street-food scene. The steaming bowls, the smells, the chaos, the pure flavors… but especially ramen stayed with us.
What started as curiosity quickly became a full-on obsession. Back in the Netherlands, we didn’t want to let go of that vibe, we wanted to build something of our own. A place where flavor, adventure and a hint of rebelliousness come together. That became OTEMBA.
